ECHO — Legal
Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how the ECHO website may be used, what the information published on it means, and where a signed agreement takes over.

01
Who we are and what this site is
ECHO is a delegation and guest management company working across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We plan, coordinate and manage the arrival, stay and departure of official delegations, corporate visitors and private guests. In these terms, “ECHO”, “we” and “us” mean the company; “you” means anyone who uses this website.
This website introduces the company, the services and packages we offer, and a way to send us an enquiry. It does not sell anything, take payment, or hold accounts, and nothing on it is published by visitors.
02
Accepting these terms
By browsing this website, or by sending an enquiry through it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
03
The information published here
Service descriptions, package names, photography and any indication of scope are published for general information. They describe the kind of work we do; they are not a fixed catalogue, a price list, or a description of what any particular visit will include.
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to provide a service. We may change, add to or withdraw any part of the content at any time and without notice.
04
Services are agreed separately
Every service ECHO provides is governed by a separate written agreement between ECHO and the client — a proposal, quotation, purchase order or contract. That document sets the scope, dates, deliverables, fees, cancellation terms and the responsibilities of each party.
Where these website terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails for the services it covers. These terms govern your use of the website only.
05
Enquiries and the information you send us
The enquiry form is a way to start a conversation. Sending it does not reserve dates, vehicles, rooms or team members, and it does not create a booking or a contract. Availability is confirmed only in writing by ECHO.
Please send only the information needed to plan a visit, and only where you are entitled to share it. Do not send passport scans, payment card details or other sensitive personal data through this site; once a visit is agreed we will ask for what we need through a secure channel. You confirm that the details you give us are accurate, and that you may share any information about another person that you include.
How we handle the information you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property
The design, text, layout, photography, illustration and code of this website belong to ECHO or to the people who licensed them to us. The ECHO name and logo, the line “Every Arrival, Perfectly Managed”, and our package names are our marks.
You may read the site, and print or save pages for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. Any other use — copying, republishing, framing, automated collection, using our photography or marks in your own material, or creating a derivative work — needs our written permission.
07
Acceptable use
Use this site lawfully and in good faith. Do not attempt to reach any part of it you are not authorised to reach, interfere with how it works or with its security, collect data from it by automated means, send false or misleading enquiries, or use it to distribute unlawful, harmful or unsolicited material.
We may restrict or refuse access where use of the site threatens the site itself, our work, or the people we serve.
08
Links to other sites
This site may link to websites, profiles and services we do not run. Those links are offered for convenience and are not an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any site we do not control, and your use of it is governed by its own terms.
09
The website is provided as it is
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will be free of viruses, or that every detail on it is current. To the extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind.
10
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, ECHO is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its content, including lost profit, lost opportunity, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Liability for services we actually provide is dealt with in the signed agreement for those services, not here.
11
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and our services develop. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date shown above records when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of the use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction.
